Last Minute Cancellation
At our esteemed establishment, we have implemented a policy to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our services while respecting the time and commitment of our valued clients. We kindly request your understanding and cooperation regarding our down payment policy, as outlined below:Upon scheduling a service, a down payment of 20% of the total service cost will be required to secure and reserve your designated time slot.The down payment serves as a commitment from the client to honor the scheduled appointment, contributing to the efficient management of our salon's appointment schedule.The down payment is non-refundable, except in the following cases: a. The client cancels the appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time. b. The client requests to reschedule the work within 48 hours of the scheduled time, and an alternative time slot is available.In the event of cancellation or rescheduling within the specified time frame, the down payment will be credited toward the client's future appointment(s) within a mutually agreed-upon timeframe.Failure to cancel or reschedule the appointment within 48 hours before the scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of the down payment.We believe that this policy will allow us to maintain the highest level of service and effectively accommodate all our clients' needs.
